Book Review – Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking

Recently, I finished reading Andy Sernovits’s books, “Word of Mouth Marketing: How Smart Companies Get People Talking”, and thought to have a review about this book on my blog. The first pages of this book give a thorough, yet concise, overview of the concepts of WOM marketing, but the real juicy stuff start from page 61 – the How to section, which really created my interest to continue reading.

Writer does a superb job in explaining all about WOM in simple language and giving us the big picture of word of mouth with sizeable number of useful tips on how to execute effective WOM activities.

In brief, this book is like a brainstorming guide. It would certainly help you to focus on the WOM marketing if you are a small business owner with a limited marketing budget.
